Shipping

All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $10.

This covers packaging, handling, and USPS Ground Shipping with tracking.

All orders are shipped out on Saturdays & Mondays after payment is received. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Please double check your address before completing checkout. Silver Cactus Co. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Package Insurance  (applies to LIVE SALES only)

To protect our customers and their purchases, we automatically include USPS insurance on ALL packages based on the FULL value of the Invoice on top of the flat rate shipping fee.

If your prefer to NOT have insurance added, please let us know via comment during the Live Sale, OR via TIKTOK DM. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you chose to opt out of insurance, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package (LIVE SALES ONLY)

Once your package is scanned and accepted by USPS, Silver Cactus Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If your package was insured, we will assist you in filing a USPS Claim to recover the insure value. if you chose to opt out of insurance, refunds or replacements cannot be issued. 

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

To claim in our Live Sales, a Live Sale bag must be purchased in advance. The fee is non refundable, even if you don't purchase anything during the live sale or if your purchase total is less than $20. The $20 will be applied as a credit toward your live sale invoice.

Purchasing a Live Sale Bag ensures your ability to claim in the Live sale for the week. (We go live Monday-Wednesday)
